If anyone understands the nature of your work, it's us. Citadelo was founded in Slovakia at a time when the role of an ethical hacker was barely known in our region, and it was a completely new concept for companies. From the beginning, we aimed to create a place where ethical hacking would thrive, and where we could push the boundaries of what's possible on interesting projects.

And we've succeeded. Today, our international team consists of 26 ethical hacking geeks. Each year, we handle hundreds of projects ranging from classic penetration testing to social engineering and covert Red Teaming operations. That's not all. As market leaders, we educate through the media, participate in both domestic and international conferences, host Hackers' Meetups, and our lectures receive high ratings from students.

Our Work 

Each year, we undertake a significant number of projects. Last year's statistics include 628 completed projects and 3293 vulnerabilities identified for companies operating across Europe.

What will you be hacking with us?

 Big and small things alike. As a senior, you will be responsible for the entire project and the quality of client deliverables. Your tasks will include:

• Mobile and web applications and APIs.
• Cloud services and infrastructure.
• IoT and OT systems.
• Red Teaming and social engineering.

What will you need to succeed?

• Expert knowledge in information security or information technology.
• Extensive experience in conducting penetration tests of web applications and infrastructure tests.
• Deep understanding of web technologies (frameworks, protocols, databases, load balancing, etc.).
• Development background is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, primarily OWASP.
• Relevant certifications (OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, OSCE, etc.).
• Professionalism and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Deep knowledge of (web) vulnerabilities, their exploitation, protection strategies, and combinations.
• Experience with UNIX-like and Windows systems (administration, auditing, privilege escalation).
• Awareness of Active Directory.
• A desire for continuous learning.
• Passion for cybersecurity.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.
